Albany 7's
Where: The Top of Albany Hill Cnr Dairy Flat Highway and Riiverhead/Coatsville Highway
When: 7am Every Sunday Morning
Pace: Fast, often ridden at race pace 40kmph plus, if you can't ride a sub 5:30 at the Taupo Cycle Challenge then this ride is not for you.
Route: Albany Hill, Silverdale, Wainui, Waitoki, Helensville, Old North Road, Kumeu for coffee, the riders then disperse.
Notes: Albany 7's has been a North Shore Staple for over 30 years, same route, same coffee stop, same pace, it's an Auckland institution.
